Catch ad compliance issues before you publish, not after.

ClearFrame reviews your social video against ASCI and CCPA rules and returns time-coded findings — which second, which claim, which clause.

Currently reviewing drafts with early design partners.

Illustration: an abstract vertical video frame is scanned while a 20-second timeline fills with four colour-coded findings at roughly 3, 7, 13 and 18 seconds. Each finding opens a card with a severity tag, timestamp, an illustrative quoted claim and the ASCI or CCPA clause it engages, ending on a summary confirming four findings and clause citations for each.

From draft file to cited findings.

No new workflow to learn: upload what you already have before it goes out.

1

Upload your draft

Drop in the Reel, Short or YouTube cut you're about to publish.

2

Transcript, frames and on-screen text extracted

Audio, spoken claims, and every super or disclaimer that appears on screen.

3

Checked against versioned policy packs

Every claim is run against the current ASCI Code, ASCI Influencer Guidelines and CCPA 2022.

4

Time-coded findings, cited

Each finding names the second, the verbatim claim, the clause, and what to hold on file.

Most of this surfaces after publication.

Indian ad regulation runs mostly on complaints and monitoring after an ad is already live. It is not a pre-clearance gate before it airs.

p. 4

ASCI scrutinised 9,841 ads for potential violations in 2025–26, most surfaced through its own monitoring rather than random sampling, and 98% of that flagged set required some modification. — ASCI Annual Complaints Report 2025–26

p. 4

Among ads that were formally reviewed, 61% were uncontested: the advertiser modified or withdrew them without disputing the finding. — ASCI Annual Complaints Report 2025–26

p. 5

Of the 9,611 ads that required modification, 97% appeared on digital media, and 82% of that digital set were sponsored social-media ads: the exact surface ClearFrame reviews. — ASCI Annual Complaints Report 2025–26

p. 12

ASCI processed 1,609 ads for influencer violations, and 97.3% of those required modification: the same disclosure rule ClearFrame checks for automatically. — ASCI Annual Complaints Report 2025–26

ClearFrame won't predict what people will find offensive. It flags what's checkable against the code, before you post.

A real 20-second public ad, reviewed end to end in under a minute.

Moderate Health claim 0:13

“बस 5 महीने में results देखो नहीं तो पैसे वापस” (results in 5 months, or your money back)

A defined results timeframe with a money-back guarantee, targeted at hair loss. Engages the special-restraint requirement for baldness claims.

ASCI 1.5(d) — special restraint for baldness/inadequacy claims · also engages ASCI 1.5, CCPA 4

Moderate Substantiation 0:13

“Over 2 Lakh+ happy customers”

On-screen only. Never spoken in the audio, so a transcript-only review would have missed this quantified claim entirely.

ASCI 1.1 — claims must be truthful and substantiable · also engages CCPA 12(a)

Moderate Substantiation 0:18

“get 93% success with Traya”

A specific quantified efficacy figure, stated as fact, with no source or date cited in the audio.

ASCI 1.2 — cite source and date of research claims · also engages ASCI 1.1, CCPA 12(a)

Every finding traces back to a source.

Versioned policy corpus

Every clause is stored verbatim, with its source URL and effective date, not paraphrased or reconstructed from memory.

Evidence validation

Every quoted claim is matched against the transcript at a real timestamp. Findings that don't match are dropped, not guessed.

Honest uncertainty

Findings that can't be verified from the file are marked for human review. Never silently asserted as fact.

I'm looking for 3–5 design partners in D2C, agencies and creator marketing.
